Returns, Exchanges, & Claims

 ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CLAIMS* MUST HAVE A RMA!

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to get an RMA.

• Merchandise advertised, marked, or otherwise noted as “As-Is” condition are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges.

• Exchanges and replacement parts are shipped Standard/ground. Expedited service is available, the customer will be responsible for the difference.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

  • Products must be in original packaging.
  • Products must be in resellable condition.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee may be lowered or waived if the return is applied to a new order.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Products that are used are not eligible for return.
  • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

PRODUCTS MISSING or DAMAGES/DEFECTS CLAIMS

Prior to filing missing products claim:

  • Please verify you have received all packages. The shipping label will have the total number of boxes in the shipment, i.e. 1 of 5. If you have not received all packages, please contact the carrier. Home Decoration is not responsible for lost or missing packages if "Delivery Confirmation" is not checked at time of checkout. 
  • Please go through all boxes. Multiple products may be packed together to reduce box count or a product may be in two different boxes.
  • If there is an item missing from your order or piece, a replacement will be sent out via Standard/Ground Shipping.

For Damaged/Defect Claims:

 Upon receiving the order:

If boxes are or appear to be, damaged upon delivery, document (photograph) immediately and file a claim with the carrier.

If damages/defects are found upon opening/assembling, document the damages/defects.

Detailed Description of damages/defects is required. Photographic documentation may be requested.

Replacement Process:

Please photograph the damaged pieces and send the pictures to info@hdaltd.com or sales@hdaltd.com with your sales order number.

An RS (return shipment) shipping label will be sent to you. Please package the damaged product carefully to avoid further damage, and send it back. If products are returned packed improperly, the Damaged/Defective claim may be denied/reduced.

Upon receiving the damaged piece, a replacement will be sent out. REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS/PARTS WILL NOT BE SENT OUT PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE DAMAGED PRODUCT BACK.

If no damages/defects are found with the product, the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Certain products cannot be replaced. A credit will be issued for products that cannot be replaced. Products will be noted with "Special Return Policy."
