Transit Times

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Please Contact us at 800-827-2772 regarding time sensitive orders.

Time critical orders must be received by 12:00 P.M. CST to be processed same day.  Expeditied freight charges must be AUTHORIZED by 2:00 P.M. CST to be shipped same day.

Transit times do not include the date of pick up, holidays, or weekends. A transit time of 3 days means an order picked up Monday will be delivered Thursday.

LTL (skid/pallets) shipments may take additional time to process.

International Orders transit times do not include time for "customs clearance."

Adding "Signature Request upon Delivery" & "Appointment Delivery" may increase transit time. Home Decoration Accessories dba Uniquely Yours is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged if signature upon delivery is not requested.
